Do you offer free inspections and estimates?
Yes. We provide free inspections with photo documentation and a written estimate for every customer. We promise that our assessment will be honest and the estimate will be fair every time.
How soon can you inspect my roof?
We strive to send a technician within 24–48 hours. Active leaks and other emergencies get priority.
Are you certified by any manufacturers?
Yes. We are factory-trained by GAF, North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturer. As GAF Certified Plus Roofing Contractors, we install every roof according to their installation specifications.
Do you offer financing or payment options?
Yes. Monthly payment plans are available. One of our team members can always assist you with the best option for you.
How do I know if I need a repair?
Look for missing shingles, lifted edges, granules in gutters, ceiling stains, or daylight in the attic.
Can a small leak wait?
It’s risky. Water spreads and causes hidden damage. A small stain on a ceiling or wall can often be an indicator of something much worse behind the scenes. Call us today!
Will you try to repair before recommending a full roof replacement?
Yes. If a safe, durable repair is feasible, we’ll outline that option first.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs finish in one day (2–5 hours), depending on the scope and necessary parts.
How long does a full replacement take?
Typically 1–2 days for a single-family home, weather permitting.
How much experience do you have in the roofing business?
Brian and Trevor, our co-owners, bring more than 18 years of combined experience in the roofing and gutter industry. And, we bring a commitment to honesty in every customer relationship. We value your trust.
What materials can I choose from?
We offer an assortment of shingle options from GAF, North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturer.
What should I expect on install day?
We will take care of everything from property protection, old shingle tear-off, installation, nail and material cleanup, and a final walkthrough. We always make sure that nothing is left behind.
What should I do right after a storm?
Stay safe, take ground-level photos if you suspect damage, and contact us immediately for an inspection.
How do I know if it’s hail or wind damage?
Hail can cause dented gutters and bruised shingles that look like spots with missing granules. Wind can cause missing or ripped shingles and granule loss.
Can you help with insurance?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience working with all insurance companies. We will help you file the claim and meet the adjuster to ensure that the entire process is run smoothly.
Do you offer emergency support after a storm?
Yes. We have a 24/7 emergency hotline. We will schedule one of our technicians to inspect your home as quickly as possible.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Typically twice a year (spring/fall) or more if there is heavy tree cover.
Are gutter guards worth it?
Yes. They keep debris from entering the gutter and you don’t have to clean the gutters as often.

Yes. We properly size and replace gutters.
What are signs my gutters need attention?
