Meet One of Our Owners, Brian Strahine

I started to play team sports when I was very young.  Over the years, I developed a passion for setting goals and achieving them with others.  When my college football career ended, I had to find another way to meet my strong need for teamwork.  This desire for connection is the seed that has grown into the hard working team that drives Tribe Built Roofing.  I absolutely love getting up every day and meeting everyone at the build site.  We all have a shared vision for providing the best service to our customers and doing whatever it takes to install the safest, most beautiful roof possible.  I bring the same work ethic that I developed as a member of countless sports teams to every single customer’s front door.  And, I treat our customers as an integral part of the team.  This is why we stay connected to them long after their roof has been replaced or repaired.  

The value that most clearly defines my professional identity is honesty.  My most respected coaches over the years taught me that being honest with myself and others is the most effective way to build trust and achieve the greatest outcomes.  At times when I was expected to do hard things and I wanted to give up, I had to look deep within myself to realize that I actually had a lot more to give.  We bring the same commitment to excellence to every customer relationship.  We want everyone to trust that we will provide a thorough assessment of the situation, a quote that is fair, and a completed job that is done with quality craftsmanship using the industry’s most respected products.  

I will never forget the feeling after a hard fought game when I would be in the locker room with my teammates.  Whether we won or lost, I remember how amazing it felt to have worked so hard together throughout the entire game.  I experience this same feeling whenever the Tribe Built Roofing team gathers at a customer’s home.  After spending an entire day together, there is a deep sense of gratitude that I have for the opportunity to set a goal and achieve it together with the hardest working roofing team on the planet!
